Portions for 1 serving:
2 potatoes
1/2 lbs cauliflower
2oz ham (1 slice)
2 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 oz Swiss cheese
Cut the potatoes in 1" pieces and cook in a steamer for 25mn. Add the cauliflower after 5mn and cook for 20mn.
5mn before end of cooking, add the slice of ham in the steamer to warm it up.
Place the ham and vegetables on a plate, add the sour cream and cover with grated Swiss cheese.
